Visiting Spain

On my holidays I went to Madrid, in Spain. I went there by train. I caught “Lusitania train” in Santa Apolónia, at night. It arrived at Chamartin in the morning. In the first day I saw “Guernica” a Picasso’s very, very big painting, in Rainha Sofia museum. In the second day I went to Prado museum and later to the wax museum. The third day was to visit Faunia, a park with animals in their habitats, and where we could feel the temperature and the humidity. In the fourth day I visited “Puerta de Toledo”, “Puerta de Alcalá” and “Parque del Retiro”. In the second day I saw a Flamenco show, too. I came back home at night by train, again. I went with my parents and grandparents, too. These holidays were really good!

My Holidays

In the beginning of my holidays, I stayed at home. I went to Seixal to play basketball every day. In July I went to the north to be with my uncle and aunt. I spent a lot of time with them and it was great fun. In the end of July I returned to Seixal and stayed there three days. In August I went to the south to my grandparents’house . There was a pool, a big pool and everyday I went to swim. There were some cold days but it was okay. On the 30th of August I went back home and I stayed there till school started.

Favourite Activities

My favourite hobbies are watching TV, listening to music and reading books. I like to read detective books with lots of mystery very much. I don’t have much time but I like to play basketball and go cycling. On Saturday morning I go walking in the park and go to the kennel to help to clean and see the cats and dogs. I love animals! After that I do my homework and study to do my best in school. On Sunday I go to the shopping centre. I don’t really like to go because buying clothes is boring. I like to go to the Sport Zone when I see many sport things. I come back home and go to sleep. Next day I have school and I must wake up early.

My favourite hobbies are watching TV, movies, playing PS2, computer games and football. In my free time I watch TV and sometimes I play a game with my youngest brother. When I’m in I play computer games and Playstation and when I’m out I play football with my friends. My favourite sport is football. I also like volleyball, handball and basketball. At the weekends, I sometimes go with my parents to visit some places. But most of the weekends I watch TV and rest in my bed.

Hi! I'm Vítor. I'm 11 years old and I'm from Amora, in Portugal. In my free time I play cards, dance and play pc games. My hobby is listening to music. My favourite sports are tennis, football and curling. When I'm at home I play with my cousins and my grandparents. When I'm outside, I play with my friends and my sister in the park. At weekends, I stay with my grandparents and my aunts.

I’m Joana Flores and I’m thirteen years old. I’m a good student. I like school because it’s important to learn.

My favourite activities are listening to music (I love music), reading, writing, chatting with my friends, going to the cinema. And my favourite sports are football, volleyball and tennis. I’m not very good at sports, but I love practising them just for fun.

My favourite singers are Rhianna, Kat Deluna, Beyoncé, and a lot more.

At the weekends, I like to visit monuments, go to the cinema, walk with my friends, …

I've got a five-year-old brother and I live with my father and my stepmother.
I want to work in fashion design because I love fashion very much.
My favourite sports are handball and basketball. Last year I attended a club named"Quinta da Princesa", but I quit.

My name is Soraia and I'm thirteen years old. I live in Amora with my grandparents. When the weather is goodI go out to the Shopping with my friends or go cycling. When the weather is bad I prefer staying inside.I read books and magazines and listen to music. My favourite singer is Alicia Keys and my favourite song is "Better in time" by Leona Lewis. At weekends I usually go to the Shopping with my parents.

My holidays were just...great!

My holidays were just ... great.I did lots of things. First I stayed at home waiting for some relatives that were about to arrive for their holidays. Then, when they arrived my cousins and I went outside to play football. The next day, I stayed at home playing computer games and playstation with my cousins and sisters. We spend a great time together during the whole time. Well, when they went back home I was so sad that I couldn't do anything else. But I enjoyed, a lot, being with them and I loved my holidays.
